About Our Team
Victoria Cooper, MS LPC LBS
Founder + Organizational Consultant
I’m Victoria, Owner of The Consulting Firm. I’m a licensed professional counselor and licensed behavior specialist with a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. I have over 17 years of experience supporting individuals, professionals, and teams across a wide range of contexts.
I founded The Consulting Firm in 2018 with the intention of creating a space where psychology and strategy could work together in service of people and organizations. My work grew from a deep belief in the power of strategy, creativity, and human connection to help people navigate complex circumstances. Early in my career, I noticed that many leaders, executives, and high performing professionals are expected to perform without pause…..often while managing heavy expectations, people dynamics, and ongoing pressure. That observation shaped how I built my practice and continues to guide the work I do today.
Alongside my psychotherapy background, I provide consulting and executive support through facilitated conversations, leadership work, and decision-making insight. I often work with leaders and teams navigating involved roles, competing demands, and environments where expectations lead to impactful decisions. My approach is grounded, direct, and relational, helping people communicate more effectively, gain clarity, and function well within demanding systems. It is truly an honor.
I serve as a board member with the Community Action Partnership for Lehigh County’s Department of Corrections and the SHE Program for Community Action Lehigh Valley. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, learning about different cultures, and seeking experiences that deepen my understanding of people and connection.
Lauryn Guerra, BS
Office Administrator
Hi! My name is Lauryn, and I am the Office Administrator at The Consulting Firm! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Moravian University and have always had a passion for helping others, building meaningful connections, and creating a welcoming and supportive experience for those seeking mental health services.
With a background in administrative and mental health settings, I understand that reaching out for support can sometimes feel overwhelming. I strive to make the administrative side of the process as comfortable, straightforward, and stress-free as possible. Whether you have questions about services, need assistance with scheduling, or simply aren't sure where to start, I am here to help guide you through the process and connect you with the appropriate resources.
I take pride in providing compassionate and personalized customer service and believe that every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. I am adaptable to each person's unique needs and approach every interaction with empathy, patience, and understanding. My goal is to help create a positive experience from the very first point of contact and ensure that clients feel welcomed and cared for throughout their experience with our practice.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, discovering new coffee shops and restaurants, attending concerts, and doing crossword puzzles. I love trying new things, meeting new people, and finding the little moments that make everyday life more enjoyable!
